Hello Everyone,
Thank you for joining us on this Sunday afternoon.
We were so looking forward to this artist’s appearance on “Cette musique qui nous apaise”. After viewing his performance, you’ll understand why!
There are artists who, through their charisma or the perfection of their art, are able to take us on a journey through time.
Their gifts are such that, through their stage presence and performance, they bring back to life forgotten classics that marked an era in our heads and hearts.
And so it is with Michel Comeau. Today, he invites us to relive the glorious crooner era.
Michel Comeau’s voice is well known to Quebec audiences from his numerous appearances at major venues like Place des Arts, Grand Théâtre de Québec, and the National Arts Centre in Ottawa. A multidisciplinary artist, he has appeared in several Disney films and also played the role of the older Émile Nelligan in the romantic opera Nelligan with the original cast.
This versatile singer likes to perform with different groups at festivals and has also sung duets with major Quebec artists such as Nancy Martinez, Kim Richardson, Patsy Gallant, and Céline Dion.
He also has lots of talented musical friends. Accompanying Michel today are Pierre Millette on piano and François Marion on contrabass.
Without further ado, please welcome Michel Comeau and his guests for “Que reste-t-il de nos amours.”
